 Exchange/ Return
If the barefoot shoes do not fit, you have 14 days to return the shoes. The return costs are to be borne by you.
Please try the shoes only on clean ground (indoor) with clean feet and with clean socks. We take back only shoes as new shoes with intact sales packaging. Excluded from the return are already worn barefoot shoes. 
For hygienic reasons, please always wear socks when trying on barefoot shoes.

The processing (return/ exchange) can take up to two weeks.
 
Exchange of barefoot shoes
 If the material of the shoe is defective and is found justified. Justification is done when the customer sends a written complaint along with the photos of the defect/s. We check each individual case, consult with the manufacturer and then decide whether there is a justified complaint.  Complaints related to production-related issues such as the type of knitting, which is necessary to ensure an optimal fit will not be considered a defect. Please follow these steps to register a complaint:
i) Please take a good quality photo of the defect.
ii) Send us an e-mail to info@barfussshop.ch  with the photo and a short description of the defect.
iii) Do not send back the claimed shoe, keep it until it is clarified.
Please understand, we will clarify the complaint with the manufacturer and let you know if the complaint is accepted and how to proceed. This may take upto 14 days after receiving a complaint.
If the complaint is justified and accepted, you will receive a free replacement model (free shipping), in the identical size and color, if it is still available, otherwise an alternative model will be provided. If the complaint is not recognized, we will also try to find compromise because we value our customer. 
 
Return of barefoot shoes
Shoes can not be returned and will not be accepted under these circumstances:
i)  If more than 14 days have passed after purchasing the shoes. 
ii)  If the purchased barefoot shoes were used outdoors, then the shoes can not be returned.
iii) If the purchased shoes are coated with stain, hair or have a stink/ smell of any form (eg., nicotine). 
iv) If the purchased shoes have already been washed. 
 
If the customer fulfils the return policy, the customer can choose between money back exclusively via Twint or bank transfer to the customer account. Money will not be paid back to the credit card of the customer. Customer can also ask for a gift voucher. 
 
Please follow these two steps for a smooth return
1) Please copy the online invoice or receipt and include it in the package. 
2) Address the return shipment to: Yogazentrum Ganapati, Tösstalstrasse 16, 8400 Winterthur. Please do not forget to write your address on the package and to stamp the package.
